We know you are excited to get your Heartfelt Creation order, and we are too! That is why we make every effort to ensure that the delivery is completed efficiently, so that you receive your items as soon as possible.

Although our store location is based in Australia, the need for products to be shipped or stored temporary can be located outside in additional countries if necessary.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays. 

You will typically receive your order within 4 – 14 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers. 

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. This does not occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page on our website header, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.
